Website brief

When you submit the website form, the brief is stored in our hosted enquiry database and given a reference number. Email and WhatsApp are optional follow-up routes that can be used to verify contact details or add files.

Information we receive

When you contact us, we may receive your name, business email, company, destination, product requirements, quantity, budget, files and any other details you choose to provide.

We use this information to assess the enquiry, prepare a scope or quote, coordinate approved services, maintain business records and respond to questions.

Campaign measurement

We record the website version, page address, referring page, campaign tags, approximate country code and actions such as a page view, form start, saved brief, email click or WhatsApp click. This allows versions A, B and C to be compared.

Our necessary first-party measurement does not create a cross-site advertising identifier or set a tracking cookie. If you choose “Allow Meta measurement”, the Meta Pixel is loaded and may record a page view, contact action or completed enquiry together with technical information handled by Meta. The Meta measurement choice is stored in your browser and can be changed through the “Privacy choices” control.

Service providers

Email is handled through our business email provider. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp. Hosting and security providers may process basic technical data needed to deliver and protect the website. Meta provides optional advertising measurement when you consent to it.

Do not send passwords, card details or information that is unnecessary for the sourcing request.

Retention and sharing

Unconverted enquiries are normally kept for up to 12 months. Project, contract, payment and compliance records may be kept longer where reasonably needed to perform agreed work, resolve disputes or meet record-keeping obligations. We do not sell enquiry information.

Information may be shared with suppliers, inspectors, laboratories, logistics providers or other parties only when reasonably needed for an approved sourcing task.

Business identity

RREUN Sourcing is the trading name used by this sourcing service in Xiamen, China. The legal contracting party and registered business details will be identified on each written quote or service agreement before paid work begins.
