Free fit check
We review the product, destination, quantity, key specifications and missing information. We then confirm whether the request is practical for us to handle and what paid scope would follow.
No supplier outreach, price negotiation or reservation is included at this stage. Submitting a brief does not create a fee.
Standard sourcing brief
One defined product or related SKU family, up to three screened supplier options when available, commercial comparison, risk notes, recommendation and one clarification round.
Counted from cleared payment and receipt of complete requirements. Complex specifications or specialist compliance receive a separate timeline.
When the fee is charged
Only after the free fit check, after we issue a written scope, after you approve that scope, and before supplier outreach begins.
If no suitable supplier is found
The fee covers research and evaluation work, not a guaranteed supplier result. You still receive the search findings, reasons options were excluded, open risks and a recommended next move.
Samples and order coordination
Confirm the sample, arrange the request, track domestic delivery and provide a basic receipt check. Sample cost and all courier charges are paid by the client.
Standard rate against goods value, with a US$199 minimum per order. High-value or unusually complex orders receive a written fixed or percentage quote.
Coordinate one dispatch involving up to three supplier packages. Warehouse handling, repacking, freight, insurance and customs costs are separate.
Samples, goods, testing, freight, payment-provider charges and currency conversion are stated separately. No hidden markup is added without written disclosure.
Client funds for samples, products and third-party charges must clear before those costs are committed. RREUN is not required to advance supplier or carrier payments.
Factory visits and field work
Defined supplier meeting, factory visit or basic checklist work. A concise photo and written update is included where the site permits it.
One working day on the approved field scope. Overtime, specialist inspection tools and laboratory work require separate approval.
Applied when out-of-city travel uses a working day and no site work is completed that day.
Economy rail or air, local transport and booked accommodation are approved before purchase and supported by receipts where available.
Expense ceilings
- Accommodation: up to US$70 per night for a standard business hotel, unless the client approves another amount.
- Meals: up to US$30 per field or travel day.
- Rail and air travel: economy class at actual cost.
- Local transport: actual cost, normally taxi, ride-hailing or public transport.
If safe and practical travel cannot be booked inside these limits, we ask for written approval before spending more.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
- A paid sourcing brief can be refunded in full before supplier outreach or research begins.
- Once approved research has started, the sourcing fee is non-refundable because the working time has been committed.
- Field work cancelled more than 48 hours before departure has no service cancellation fee, but non-refundable bookings remain payable.
- Field work cancelled 24-48 hours before departure is charged at 50% of the booked service fee.
- Field work cancelled less than 24 hours before departure is charged at 100% of the booked service fee.
Any different commercial arrangement must appear in the written quote. If the quote and this page conflict, the accepted quote controls that specific job.
